The producers of the Agricolae Oleum network are the driving force behind the OLIONOSTRUM project and act as guardians of the rich olive biodiversity of the Bucine and Valdambra territories. Working together, they take part in training activities and collaborative initiatives aimed at continuously improving the quality of their extra virgin olive oils.
To achieve this goal, the network has established a deliberately strict production protocol, applied directly by its member producers with the support of qualified experts and technicians, ensuring the correct use and management of the innovative Olivone oil mill and the highest production standards throughout the entire process.
