AtelieReale is the natural extension of Antica Corona Reale, a historic restaurant founded in 1815 and now awarded two Michelin stars.
It was created in 2016 from an idea by chef Gian Piero Vivalda, with the aim of offering guests the opportunity to rediscover and share at home the flavors and identity of the restaurant.
An artisanal workshop where tradition and the pursuit of excellence meet every day, AtelieReale is now led by a team of experts who interpret its philosophy with rigor, sensitivity, and deep respect for raw ingredients.
Here, naturally leavened products, enriched with carefully selected candied fruit, hand-stretched breadsticks, traditional biscuits, and other specialties are crafted entirely by hand and without preservatives. Every ingredient is chosen with the utmost care, and each stage of production follows precisely calibrated timings, in full respect of the doughs, to ensure quality, fragrance, and perfectly balanced flavor.
