Company Description

Azienda Agraria Bacci Noemio is a historic olive oil producer located in the green heart of Italy, in Umbria (Gualdo Cattaneo), a region internationally renowned for its olive-growing tradition. Founded in 1947 and now led by the fourth generation of the Bacci family, the company has built a strong reputation for producing premium-quality extra virgin olive oil with full respect for tradition, sustainability, and innovation.

The estate covers approximately 45 hectares and includes around 13,000 olive trees of the Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino varieties. The company is among the early pioneers of organic olive cultivation in the region and proudly holds both Organic Farming and PDO Umbria certifications.

Production is fully managed in-house, from cultivation to bottling, ensuring complete traceability and consistent quality. Olives are harvested at an early stage of ripening and milled within 24 hours using a latest-generation Alfa Laval cold-extraction system. The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen in temperature-controlled environments and bottled through advanced nitrogen-sealed lines to preserve its chemical and sensory characteristics.

The product range includes Organic and PDO Umbria extra virgin olive oils, monocultivar Moraiolo oils, and private label productions for leading Italian and international retailers. The company supplies major distribution chains in Italy and exports to several countries including the USA, Japan, Canada, and various European markets.

Azienda Agraria Bacci Noemio has received numerous prestigious national and international awards and is regularly featured in leading olive oil guides, including Flos Olei, confirming its position among the world’s top extra virgin olive oil producers.
