The Caporali family is a benchmark in the business world, recognized for having built a solid business in the vending sector with vision and dedication. Thanks to its core business of automatic distribution, the company has experienced constant growth, consolidating and evolving over time. In 1987, the Caporali family acquired the Il Castellaro estate, a historic estate dating back to the 13th century, located in Umbria on the hills overlooking the River Tiber. The estate now covers 90 hectares, with 30 hectares of olive groves, where quality, tradition and innovation come together.
Since 2020, under the direction of Andrea Paolo Caporali and Itziar, the company has evolved towards an entrepreneurial approach, focusing on traceability, excellence in quality and a strong connection with the territory. The olives are harvested by hand, and the oil is cold-extract below 27°C within six hours, preserving freshness and nutritional properties. The blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino ensures a perfect balance between spicy and bitter, with high polyphenols and long shelf life. Each bottle is traced, PDO certified, and produced with responsible agricultural practices, including organic farming since 2024.
