ColSaliz Winery is a family-owned estate located in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, in Refrontolo, one of the most prestigious and historic zones for Prosecco production. With a winemaking heritage dating back to 1904 and spanning four generations of the Faganello family, the winery represents a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, guided by a deep passion for winemaking and a profound respect for its hillside territory.
The vineyards, situated between 140 and 330 meters above sea level, thrive on steep slopes and clay-limestone soils rich in “Tufo,” a unique composition that gives the wines distinctive minerality, structure, and elegance. These natural conditions allow for a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes, enhancing the aromatic finesse and freshness that define the winery’s style.
At the core of production is Glera, the estate’s emblematic grape variety, carefully cultivated and vinified with artisanal precision and strict quality standards.
