Azienda Agricola Cosseddu is a family-owned olive farm specialized in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil and brined olives obtained from selected Sardinian cultivars.

Founded by the previous generation of our family, thanks to the commitment and passion of our parents and grandparents, the company is now led by the new generation. We continue our agricultural tradition while integrating modern extraction technologies and a vision oriented toward international markets.

Our production is intentionally limited and carefully controlled to guarantee high quality standards, traceability, and long-term reliability.

Our Cultivars

We mainly work with three native Sardinian varieties:

• Bosana: intense and structured, with herbaceous notes and persistent character

• Semidana: balanced and elegant, with harmonious aromatic complexity

• Tonda di Cagliari: delicate and smooth, with light fruity nuances

These varieties allow us to offer both monovarietal oils and selected blends, providing different profiles suitable for restaurants, gourmet shops, and quality-conscious consumers.

Production and Quality Standards

• Selective harvesting at the optimal stage of ripeness

• Immediate milling to preserve freshness and organoleptic properties

Annual production ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 liters, a size that allows us to maintain high artisanal care while ensuring reliability in international supply.

Recognition

The quality of our olive oil has been recognized at national level. We were winners of the prestigious Ercole Olivario award, one of Italy’s leading competitions dedicated to olive oil excellence.

Our olive oil was also selected among the 100 best olive oils in Italy during Expo 2015 Milan, confirming the value and consistency of our production in an international showcase.
