Since 1979, Valle Martello has been more than a winery — it is a family story deeply rooted in the hills of Villamagna.
Born from the vision of the Masci brothers and now guided by a passionate third generation of five cousins, the estate has evolved while remaining faithful to its origins: respect for the land, dedication to quality, and belief in the unique identity of Abruzzo.
Our 50 hectares of vineyards stretch across two opposite hills that embrace the Serepenne Valley for nearly three kilometers. Here, between 150 and 300 meters above sea level, sun, wind, and clay-limestone soils create the perfect conditions for wines of depth and character.
At the heart of everything lies Villamagna DOC — an appelation that represents one of the highest expressions of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. In these hills, Montepulciano gains structure, elegance, and longevity, becoming a true ambassador of our territory.
Alongside it stands another symbol of our identity: Cococciola. Long before it became widely appreciated, Valle Martello chose to believe in this ancient native white grape variety. Today, Cococciola is one of our signature wines — vibrant, authentic, and deeply connected to the land.
Every bottle we produce is a reflection of this landscape — intense light, open skies, and the quiet strength of the Abruzzese hills.
