The winery is located in Mezzomerico (NO), Alto Piemonte, in the heart of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, a territory naturally and historically suited for viticulture, with a strategic location close to lakes, airport and highways.
Tradition, innovation and respect for the environment guide every activity: passion for the land and winemaking tradition, use of the best technologies to be as non-invasive as possible, principles of green building and eco-sustainability in the vineyard and cellar, and vineyard biodiversity monitoring project with satellite analysis.
The winery features a modern eco-sustainable cellar, the beating heart of the winery protected by the soil to prevent temperature fluctuations, with stainless steel tanks for the first stages of processing, oak barrels where the wine rests and ages over time, and a dedicated area for the Classic Method resting on lees. The building is designed following green building principles for minimal environmental impact, with sober and elegant spaces built with natural and ecological materials.
Pure Nebbiolo is the guiding thread, expressing the territory in its many facets, with wines that are a mirror of Alto Piemonte. The experience is completed by the agritourism: an elegant place to taste our wines paired with refined dishes, a large dining room with panoramic windows overlooking the vineyards, cuisine with attention to every detail enhancing local raw materials, and a welcoming atmosphere for unforgettable events.
