Birra Salento srl

Birra Salento is one of the largest and most advanced craft breweries in Italy.

Our product line is the result of a strong investment in research and technology which, combined with our passion, has allowed us to achieve all our goals: from establishing a barley supply chain for brewing to successfully experimenting with hop cultivation, culminating in our latest major achievement: the inauguration of our Malt House. This milestone completes our production cycle.

Our innovative commercial offer in the world of brewery has sparked interest from the national and international market, as we are capable to support their demands and guarantee high quality standards and conservation.
