Company Description
Birrificio Lariano is an independent Italian craft brewery founded in 2008 and based in Sirone (Lecco), Northern Italy.
For over fifteen years, we have been producing consistent, reliable, and well-balanced beers, becoming a well-established reality within the Italian craft beer market.
Our annual production is approximately 4,000 hectoliters, with the current facility allowing us to scale beyond 5,000 hl if required.
Brewing is carried out in 26 hl batches, enabling a strong balance between production capacity and strict quality control.
QUALITY & PRODUCTION APPROACH
Quality, consistency, and stability are at the core of our production process.
We work with carefully selected raw materials and manage the entire brewing process internally, supported by an in-house laboratory.
This allows us to monitor key parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, carbonation levels, and microbiological stability, ensuring a dependable product suitable for international markets.
PRODUCT RANGE
Our portfolio includes around 20 different beers, covering both bottom-fermented and top-fermented styles, from classic European interpretations to modern beers.

Two core beers, Sairon (Helles) and New Age (Session IPA), are certified Gluten Free, with each batch analyzed by an accredited laboratory.

Birrificio Lariano has received multiple awards at “Birra dell’Anno”, the most important beer competition in Italy.
In 2025, the brewery was awarded “Birraio dell’Anno” (Brewer of the Year).
MARKET PRESENCE
In Italy, we operate through distributors and direct clients nationwide.
Internationally, we work with customers in France and Switzerland, with ongoing discussions in Belgium.
In the past, we have also shipped to Australia and the United States.
LOGISTICS & RELIABILITY
We are structured to prepare and dispatch orders quickly, often within the same day.
For export markets, we are accustomed to coordinating logistics and optimizing pallet composition.
CONTRACT BREWING & PRIVATE LABEL
We offer contract brewing services for custom recipes, subject to sufficient volumes.
We also provide private label and re-labelling solutions for distributors and retailers.
ONGOING DEVELOPMENT
Throughout the year, we introduce seasonal beers, limited editions, and one-shot projects to support market rotation while maintaining a stable core range.
