Cantina Valdaso was founded in 1962 in Montalto delle Marche by a group of visionary individuals determined to enhance a territory that, over the centuries, has preserved the distinctive character of its agricultural landscape. This land bears witness to a deep-rooted tradition of cultivation, celebrated by the Latin poet Virgil in his Novalia Culta – fields cultivated with wisdom and care.
Today, the 600 hectares of vineyards cultivated by our member growers across more than 30 municipalities in the Valdaso make Cantina Valdaso a leading presence in agriculture, both in the Piceno area and throughout the Marche region.
While history and tradition remain our guiding pillars, research and innovation continue to shape our path toward the future.
