Co.Pr.O.S. has been committed for years to supporting quality productions that can be drivers of development of the territory. In the Sicilian agricultural and in particular of olive growing in the province of Catania.

Sicilian olive growing is a fundamental heritage both for the culture linked to this centuries‐old cultivation and for the productions that it offers. In order to achieve goals similar to those achieved by EVO oil production, Co.Pr.O.S. has been committed for over a decade to the enhancement and improvement of the quality of EVO oil of its members, who are 600 located mostly in the Province of Catania for an olive growing area of almost 1,000 hectares.

The olives that determine our oil production belong to the Nocellara Etnea variety, typical of our production area, with a good yield and excellent characteristics in terms of polyphenols and fruitiness.
