At the heart of De Riz Winery lies a philosophy based on discipline, responsibility, and long-term commitment. Our family values were shaped by my grandfather Carlo, who believed that quality is achieved through respect for nature, consistency in actions, and patience over time.
Family Heritage and Origins
From an early age, he taught me to consider the vineyard a living responsibility, requiring care, precision, and accountability. In 1983, with the acquisition of our first vineyard in the hills of Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, he founded a family winery dedicated to authenticity and certified quality.
Evolution and Structure
After his passing, I assumed responsibility for leading the estate. A historic hayloft was transformed into a modern winery where tradition and technology operate together under strict quality control. Together with my wife, Ilaria, we structured the company for international markets, creating a professional organization based on transparency, respect, and long-term cooperation.
