At our winery we produce handcrafted high-quality autochthonous wines. The production area is not only of outstanding scenic beauty but has a historic tradition regarding wine culture which dates back 3000 years. Therefore, we have been certified with production authenticity by the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce for processing our products respecting the values of our traditions & profession.

We aim for sustainable production and a continuous reduction in the use of plastics throughout the production process, including vineyard work & cellar processes. Our historic estate dates to the 14^th century & is family owned in 8^th generation since 1769. Most of our property consists in steep-sloped vineyards ranging from 30% to 80% gradient.

We offer tours through this cultural landscape with different types of intensity & duration followed by a wine tasting. The customer comes into direct contact with the producer, who can explain every detail of the production process, from planting the vines to tasting the wine, along with information on geology, viticultural and winemaking processes, and the history of the estate. The experience of our everyday work is vivid & offers an insight  into wine culture in action.
