The vineyards, located between Arezzo and Siena in a region renowned for viticulture, cultivate native varieties such as Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Canaiolo. The manual harvest ensures the utmost care for each grape, preserving its quality and integrity. The Arezzo hills, with their ideal soil and climate, provide perfect conditions for producing full-bodied red wines, elegant whites, and distinctive olive oils.

Fattoria Casabianca is a proud member of the DOC Valdarno di Sopra consortium, representing the excellence of Tuscan winemaking. The winery, equipped with French oak barriques, stainless steel tanks, and concrete vats, combines different techniques to enhance the character of each wine. In 2023, the introduction of fermentation in terracotta amphorae further elevated the fruitiness and aromatic profile of its wines.
