Gnavolini Raccolta Sapore SRL is an Umbrian agri-food company specialized in the production and selection of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, located between Assisi and Spello, one of the most prestigious olive-growing areas in central Italy. The company’s roots date back to the early 1980s, when Roberto Gnavolini began cultivating olive trees driven by a deep passion for the territory’s agricultural traditions. Today the business is led by Gianmichele Gnavolini, who continues this heritage with a modern vision focused on quality, traceability and international market development.

The company manages approximately 25 hectares of olive groves, with expansion plans up to 35–40 hectares, cultivating several traditional varieties such as Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Coratina. In 2024 the company invested in a new state-of-the-art olive oil mill, designed to preserve the aromatic integrity and polyphenol content of the olives through advanced extraction technologies.

Gnavolini Raccolta Sapore operates with a vertically integrated supply chain, combining agricultural production, milling and international distribution. A complete Agriculture 4.0 digital traceability system monitors every stage of the process from the olive grove to the final bottle, ensuring transparency and authenticity.

The company produces a diversified portfolio including DOP Umbria and organic extra virgin olive oils, premium blends and gourmet products. With a production capacity of around 150,000 litres per year, the company serves international retail, gourmet and food service markets, with growing expansion toward European and Asian markets.
