Founded in Livorno, Tuscany, in 2012 by Fabio Elettrico, Distilleria Elettrico creates artisanal spirits defined by identity, quality, and recognizability. From the beginning, the goal has been clear: not simply to produce spirits, but to craft products with a soul — spirits that tell a story and express a territory.

We embrace a contemporary approach to distillation that blends tradition and innovation. Careful botanical selection, small-batch production, and continuous research for aromatic balance shape every creation — recognizable, distinctive, and designed for modern mixology.

Tuscany — and especially Livorno — lies at the heart of our identity. The sea, coastal winds, port heritage, and Mediterranean culture influence our style, transforming our origins into a sensory experience.

All our spirits are produced in small batches using traditional copper stills, high-quality botanicals, and proprietary recipes. Time and craftsmanship are essential to achieving balanced, complex, and memorable profiles.

Our portfolio includes premium gins and botanical distillates, amari and bitters, Mediterranean liqueurs, vermouth and aperitifs, and ready-to-drink bottled cocktails — developed for bartenders, horeca, and premium retail.

Distilleria Elettrico has received around 40 international awards. Our flagship product, Bitter Amaranto, is recognized as the most awarded bitter in the world, and the distillery has been featured in Forbes among the 100 Italian excellences.
