Italy Smart Food is a 100% Italian company owned by the Nadimi family, producing in its own facility in Livorno, Tuscany, Olivello Toscano — a unique, premium-quality, fat-free condiment obtained using own patents through the slow cold processing of olive leaves harvested under the sun of the Tuscan coast and aged in oak barrels.

Thanks to innovative solvent- and alcohol-free cold extraction systems, the production process is environmentally sustainable and preserves all the active compounds and natural aromas of olive leaves, making it ideal for seasoning foods and beverages. It replaces table salt, offering consumers significant cardiovascular health benefits.

The company also produces pasta and aperitifs made from olive leaves, expanding the use of this valuable natural ingredient.

All production processes take place within the company’s facility, from the harvesting and processing of olive leaves to bottling, labeling, and packaging, including customization in the language of the destination country.

In 2025, a new production facility equipped with fully automated lines was inaugurated, enabling the company to meet large-scale production demands.

The company’s location is strategic, close to the Bolgheri area, where the olive leaves are harvested, and near the Port of Livorno, one of Italy’s major ports, where products are loaded onto container ships for international distribution.
