Monsignore is a family-run business nestled in the Fasano plain, where vast expanses of centuries-old olive trees create an almost picturesque landscape. For three generations, our family has been dedicated to preserving and enhancing the olive heritage of the area, meticulously caring for every olive tree across our 20 hectares. From here, we produce a high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil through flawless management of all stages in the mill, from crushing the olives to storage and bottling.

Every step of the production chain is meticulously managed to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics of our oils and bring the excellence of Apulian EVO oil to the table. Wine production began in 2010 and is handled with the same attention and passion. We produce only wines from native varietals (Primitivo, Negroamaro, Verdeca, Susumaniello) grown in Salento and the Itria Valley.
