Olearia Zollo is an Italian family-owned company specializing in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Founded in 1949 by Costantino Zollo and his wife Rachele in the countryside of Sannio, near Benevento, the company began as a small traditional oil mill dedicated to transforming locally grown olives into authentic extra virgin olive oil.

Over three generations, Olearia Zollo has combined tradition and innovation to continuously improve production while preserving the authenticity of its heritage. In the 1970s, the second generation modernized the mill by introducing a continuous-cycle extraction system, increasing production capacity and enhancing oil quality while maintaining traditional pressing methods.

Under the leadership of Costantino Zollo Jr., the company began a new phase of international expansion in 2014, focusing on global markets and product excellence. In 2018, Olearia Zollo successfully entered the United States market through Zollo International Imports, which became the exclusive distributor of Zollo olive oil in the U.S.

Committed to sustainability and consumer well-being, the company introduced a certified organic product line in 2022, using olives grown in organic groves without chemical fertilizers. This approach reflects the company’s philosophy of respecting natural cycles and preserving the purity and quality of the olives.
