A story that began in the 19th century, among olive groves, vineyards, and hands that work with dedication and love.
We are Valentina, Loris and Manuel, children of a farming family that has made quality its mission. After years in the restaurant business, we chose to return to our roots and take care of what makes us feel truly free: our olive trees and our vineyards.
Seven years ago, we bought the olive oil mill where, as children, we used to watch our olives being pressed. Today, we run it together, guided by the experience and wisdom of our parents, Ezio and Antonietta, combining family tradition with cutting-edge technology.
