Company Description

Serre di Pederiva was founded thanks to the commitment and passion of Camillo Pederiva and Rosa Mattiola for the precious land of Combai, set among the renowned Prosecco hills that have been part of the prestigious UNESCO World Heritage list since 2019. This area has always been devoted to viticulture and to the production of the esteemed Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.

Today, the winery is a family business in continuous evolution, led by their sons Luca and Marco, who carry forward the path traced by their parents with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive for innovation, always respecting the traditions that have always given identity and quality to the company’s wines.

The estate cultivates the steep natural hills of Combai, where heroic viticulture is practiced. This breathtaking yet rugged landscape requires dedication, expertise, and exclusively manual work. We climb the steep terraces to transport grapes and pruned branches, embracing the effort that this land demands. It is meticulous and demanding work, rewarded with remarkable wines that authentically express the unique character of this territory.

Here, among the steep hills of Combai traditionally known as “Rive”, lies the Serre winery, immersed in a remarkable landscape shaped by deep erosion furrows and ancient naturally formed terraces. From these “Rive” come Proseccos of superior quality and limited production, whose aromas and fragrances vary with each vintage. Particularly noteworthy are our two “Rive” sparkling wines, available in Brut and Extra Dry versions, which best express the distinctive qualities of the terroir.
