Company Description
A small winery in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, it boasts a history spanning over 250 years. Giulia, Federico, and Enni are now the custodians of ancient vineyards that still stubbornly produce the much-discussed Friulano, the typical Refosco di Faedis, and the noble Picolit. For 24 years, by renovating several rural farmhouses, the company has also specialized in hospitality farm, offering the opportunity to stay in close contact with nature.
WINES AND PRODUCTION
The Classics: Friulano, Verduzzo, Picolit, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Franconia, Refosco of Faedis. Special wines: Sparkling classic method 72 months 100% from grapes Verduzzo, raisin botrytized. Average annual production: 350hl.
THE VINEYARDS
The vineyards are at 90% on a hillside with southern exposure, for a total of just over 12 hectars. The soil is mostly marl (Flysch)

Pruning: 7-8 buds per plant
THE BASEMENT
The basement is divided into four different sectors: making and settling (stainless steel tanks), sparkling wine aging sur lie (stacks of bottles), underground aging red wines (wood barrels) and tasting room.
