The estate extends over 38 hectares, of which 24 are vineyards, while the remaining land is preserved as forest to maintain the natural microclimate and biodiversity.
Founded in 1973 and owned by the Polegato family, the company combines tradition, innovation, and respect for the environment, producing wines that authentically express the territory.
La Viarte focuses on both indigenous white varieties such as Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, and Malvasia, and prestigious red wines like Schioppettino, Pignolo, and Refosco, alongside unique labels such as Siùm, an amber passito wine.
The vineyards benefit from mineral-rich Ponca soils, temperature variations, and the influence of Bora winds, which enhance the aromatic complexity and elegance of the wines.
