TAMAI SRL is a family-run company in the HORECA sector, founded in 1977.

In 1999, the founder, Mr. Giovanni Tamai, had the idea to start a new project by producing machines for drying, polishing, and sanitizing cutlery. This decision was made to respond to the real needs of many professionals in the sector, who complained about the lack of such equipment.

Hygiene and the shine of cutlery are essential for a good table setting and show attention to detail, offering customers a complete experience.

OVERVIEW: Our machines dry, polish, and sanitize cutlery, eliminating the manual action with vinegar and cloth. This allows users to save time and money, make the table shine, and ensure high hygiene standards. After washing in the dishwasher, cutlery pieces can be inserted in the cutlery dryer.

Our machines use high-quality MADE IN ITALY components, with structure and internal parts in AISI 304 stainless steel. This makes them very strong and gives them an attractive design.

We are different from our competitors thanks to these construction features and our operational solutions.

All machines are equipped with the same board with ACTIVE CONTROL technology. This also makes spare parts management easier. We are the only company with this type of board and display, which guides the operator in using the machine.
