Born in Ruvo di Puglia, in the sun-drenched heart of southern Italy, Forno Meridiano was founded by three lifelong friends, Antonio, Giuseppe, and Vito, with a passion for sharing the flavours of their land with the world.

Their signature product is the Tarallo, one of the most iconic products of Apulian gastronomy, honoured here through a combination of artisanal tradition and contemporary production methods. Light, crispy, and irresistibly snackable, taralli are Italy’s answer to a premium baked snack.

Drawing on more than twenty years of hands-on experience, Forno Meridiano brings ancient recipes to life using only the finest, fully traceable ingredients, with the same care carried all the way to the table. Their range spans classic olive oil taralli to innovative varieties featuring grains, alternative flours, and flavours such as turmeric and ginger, a nod to the global palate.
