Company Description

Terre Cartusiae was established in 2021 in Caerano di San Marco, in the province of Treviso, about 50 km from Venice (Italy).

The land where the apples are grown is located in a hilly area and belonged    for more than three centuries, from 1500 to the end of the 19th century,  to a Carthusian Monastery  and this is  why the farm is called Terre Cartusiae.

The apples produced are of approximately 200 different varieties and are grown organically.

They are collected manually and transformed into cider of different types: medium dry, dry and sweet fruity.

Apple production comes from around 6,000 plants, making our cider a niche product. It has also been appreciated in Europe for its pure smell, the typicality of the apples used, its taste, and its harmony, receiving awards including 1 gold medal, 4 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals.
