Terre di Ulivi

Terre di Ulivi is an Italian olive growers association based in Apulia, in the province of Foggia, a territory with a strong olive-growing tradition. Founded in 2016 by over 1,200 olive farmers, the cooperative manages the processing, packaging, and marketing of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

All olives are hand-picked and come exclusively from members’ fields, ensuring traceability and authenticity. The company adopts integrated pest management practices, reducing the use of chemicals and respecting the environment. Part of the production is also organic certified (BIO), reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability. The flagship product is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made mainly from the Peranzana cultivar.

Production follows strict standards, including cold extraction within 24 hours of harvest. The oil is stored in controlled conditions to preserve its quality and freshness. The result is a premium product with a fruity aroma, almond notes, and a balanced taste.
