I’m Vanni Pasquali, a former racing driver and car tester who decided to take on a new challenge — transforming speed and precision into patience and craftsmanship.
After years on the track, I felt the call of my roots. I returned to my father’s old farmhouse in Fumane, in the heart of Valpolicella, surrounded by wild woods and sunlight. There, I founded Vantorosso in 2015.
What began as a dream became a mission: to bring new life to the land and produce wines that tell its story with authenticity and soul.
I’ve learned that, unlike racing, in the vineyard you can’t force time — you have to respect it. Nature sets the pace; we simply listen and follow.
Vantorosso is my tribute to that journey — a blend of passion, humility, and the will to create something that endures.
