Company Description

We are pleased to introduce our agricultural company, founded by Andrea and Davide Pedinelli from a shared vision: to create quality products through respect for nature and the responsible management of the land.

At the end of 2022, Andrea concluded a long managerial career as CFO and Head of Procurement in the non-food retail sector, while Davide had just graduated in Business Administration from the University of Pisa. Together, they combined experience and a new perspective to build an ambitious project rooted in sustainability, innovation, and territorial identity.

Our main productions are extra virgin olive oil and lavender. From about 500 olive trees in Maremma, we produce “Vista al Poggio” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) since 2023. The olives, mainly Frantoio and Pendolino, are hand-harvested at early ripening and immediately milled, resulting in a clear and dense oil with green-gold hues, intense herbaceous aromas, and elegant notes of dried fruit. After restoring a previously abandoned olive grove, production is expected to triple within the next 2–3 years.

Lavender represents our innovative spirit. Instead of focusing exclusively on cosmetics, we have developed a line of distinctive spirits. In 2023 we launched “Lavanda Dry Gin”, distilled from our first lavender flowers with juniper, myrtle, and olive leaves. In 2024 we introduced “Lavanda Flower Bitter”, characterized by floral lavender notes balanced with myrtle, olive leaves, and pine needles. In 2025 we added “Extravergindry”, a gin based on olive leaves, poppy, lemon zest, and selected botanicals. The trademark applications for our spirits have been filed with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office to protect their identity and positioning.

Current production amounts to about 3,500 liters of gin and 2,200 liters of bitter, with 70% of sales distributed across Italy, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United States. We are expanding towards Spain, France, and Asia through the Italian Chambers of Commerce network. In 2026 we will present a new low-alcohol spirit, further strengthening our portfolio.

Our agricultural vision is complemented by the Secret Garden Agribar & Barbeque, created by recovering abandoned land and transforming it into a natural oasis. Here we offer a fully Tuscan culinary experience, featuring local producers, ingredients from our own garden, a selection of Tuscan gins, and premium grilled meats.

We are now looking to build strategic synergies that will support the continued growth of our project and its expansion into new markets.
